Online Ordering Policy and Procedures
How to Order: All items on our website are on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to purchase an item(s)on our website or have any questions before ordering please do the following:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a completed order form attached.
2. Call us at 480.664.7770. If there is no answer, please leave a detailed message with your full name, telephone number, date, and item number, along with a brief description of item.
Fashion by Robert Black is open Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards. Payment can be made through Stripe or by calling us at 480.664.7770 with credit card information.
Payment Deadline: Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing your order. If payment is not received within 48 hoursof ordering, the item(s) will be placed back up for sale on our website.
Shipping: Item(s) will be shipped from Fashion by RobertBlack via USPS. All items will be insured with delivery confirmation. Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY INVENTORY.
Sizing: Vintage sizing is very different from today’s modern sizing. To help our customers find their perfect fit, we measure the Bust, Waist and Hips on each article of clothing that comes through our doors. The sizing chart will help you determine your correct measurements when ordering online.
